First off, is your product?
√ In fully saleable condition. That means being unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags, labels and stickers still attached to the product.
√ Returned within 10 days of the original delivery date (For this purpose, a product counts as being returned on the day the product was postmarked and handed off to the delivery courier to be shipped back to us.)
√ Not a sale/ discounted item
√ Not purchased using store credit
If your product fulfills all the above criteria, then it qualifies for a return.
Here is how to process a return:
1. Visit our Product Returns page and complete the required information.
2. Our team will respond within 1 working day, with the instructions of how to proceed with the return.
3. Follow the instructions and ship the items back to us.
4. Once we receive the item and the product passes inspection, we will issue you store credit in the equivalent amount (minus any applicable shipping fees)
a. All refunds are processed in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. These store credits are valid 30 days from the date of issue and may be used towards another purchase on our site.

We can only begin to process your return once your item reaches back to us. Therefore, please ensure to select a reputable courier and purchase insurance on your shipment as we cannot be held responsible for damages/ losses occurring in transit.
