Do I Need to become a member of the UC Club to place an order?
1. No, but why wouldn’t you? You get to be first to know about new releases, promotions, sales, basically all the cool stuffs that we do, plus you get 10% off your first order. Now that’s awesome!

How can I know the measurements of each product?
a. We do offer measurements of each product. Be sure to look under the ‘Product Measurements’ tab in each products page.

Will the actual product look exactly the same as the pictures online?
a. We definitely try to keep it that way! Although sometimes, there may be some slight discrepancies in color between the actual product and the online pictures (mostly due to lighting). We hope for your understanding.

How do I place an order?
a. Placing an order is easy! Just follow these simple steps and you will be on your way.
i. Browse and select the items that you love
ii. Add them to your cart
iii. Please fill out your delivery info and payment details
iv. Confirm your order
v. We will send you an email receiving your order
vi. Please give us one business day to process, confirm and ship your
vii. We will send you a second email confirming your order
viii. Voila! Your order will arrive before you can blink! (Okay, seriously
it might take up to a few days)

Can I track my order?
a. Yes, you can track the current status of your order. Just visit our Order Status page here.

When will my order arrive?
a. Please give us one business day to process, confirm, and ship your order. Once it is shipped, we will send you the delivery courier and tracking info. Now depending on where you would like your purchase sent, you can check the delivery timetable of our courier partner here.

Do you ship overseas?
a. Yes! Please select the appropriate shipping method and we will deliver to you, wherever you are. (Please be informed that we are responsible for the shipment of the product, you are responsible for clearing your country’s customs, paying import taxes, etc.)

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
a. We accept a variety of payment methods. From credit cards, bank transfer virtual accounts, GO-PAY, Alfamart and Akulaku installment, we accept them all.
All payment processing are handled by Midtrans.

Do you offer refunds?
a. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item provided it fulfills all the requisite criterias. (Note: we only provide store credit for returns, no cash refunds).
